Refund Policy

Lavishly Loved Media values transparency and fairness. Because our services involve time, planning, and digital work, refunds are handled as follows:

1. Website Design Services
  • No refunds once work has started.
    This includes planning, design, setup, or development time already completed.
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, any payments made (minus administrative or processing fees) may be refunded.
     
2. Website Maintenance & Ongoing Services
  • Monthly maintenance or management fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
  • Clients may cancel future services with written notice according to their agreement to avoid future charges.
 
3. Social Media Management Services
 
  • Payments are non-refundable once content creation, scheduling, or posting has begun.
  • Cancellation applies to future billing periods only.
     
4. Deposits & Setup Fees
  • All deposits, setup fees, and onboarding fees are non-refundable, as they cover time, planning, and reserved availability.
     
5. Client Delays or Non-Communication
  • Refunds are not issued for delays caused by lack of client communication, missing materials, or missed approvals.
  • Projects may be paused until required information is received.
     
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where Lavishly Loved Media is unable to deliver agreed-upon services. Any exceptions are at our discretion and handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Lavishly Loved Media directly to resolve billing concerns before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination.
